Stoneybrook is a Covenant Controlled subdivision in the Mableton/Smyrna/Vinings area of Metro Atlanta. Membership in the HomeOwners Association is mandatory. Convenience is one of the key attributes of Stoneybrook. Located only three miles from I-285, 13 miles from downtown Atlanta, 17 miles to the airport, 10 minutes to Cumberland Mall and 20 minutes to the edge of Buckhead.

Each home is built on a large lot creating an in-town neighborhood feel without the congestion. The HomeOwners are made up of teachers, police officers, doctors, lawyers and both single income and two career professional families. Many families have children with age ranges from infant to college. Because there is little traffic, neighbors get together to walk their dogs or push strollers which leads to developing family-centered activities. Stoneybrook is a small community where it is easy to get to know people.
